Broadfix manufacture more than 50% of the Broadfix products in its factory in Hereford. Using modern plastic injection moulding machines, it has the capacity to produce millions of shims each year. Our shims & packers are manufactured using natural polypropylene which has a 50% recycled content. It is from this that the shim gets its properties of high compression strength, being rot proof and never warping or swelling. Colour is added to the plastic for each colour coded thickness of shim.
